REVIEW: Kawasaki Ninja 250r


   Happy Sunday every one! How was you been? Although I have been non stop busy most of time, I still have time for blogging, posting, riding and most of all, having fun. And today, I giving another review for another super bike. Kawasaki Ninja 250r. This super bike is belongs to my friend Nasrun. And this review also came from his experience with his own Kawasaki Ninja 250r.


    Before we begins, here a little bit information about Kawasaki Ninja 250r. First of all, we all know that this is the bike that top seller of 250cc in Malaysia, and most of another countries. Kawasaki Ninja is made in Japan but the factory are based on Indonesia and Thailand. There is no factory in Malaysia but we do have a lot of Kawasaki Service Center. So no worries about getting your spare parts. Kawasaki Ninja 250r has been arc enemy of Yamaha R25, Honda CBR 250r and Naza Blade 250r. So, here we go to the specifications.


SPEC:
  1. Engine:
        Kawasaki Ninja 250r using Twin Parallel Cylinders. Four Stroke Machine and has Liquid Cooling System.  So this kind of engine types suits enough for hot temperature like Malaysia.
        The displacement for the engine is 249cc, and has high horse power, which is 32 HP. So Kawasaki Ninja 250r is the fastest among 250cc super bikes.  Not to forget, Kawasaki Ninja has 6 gears of transmission.
  2. Dimension:
    -Width : 715 mm
    -Height : 1,400 mm
    -Seat Height: 775 mm
    -Length  : 2,085 mm
  3. Others::
    -Tank : 18 L
    - Tyre : 110/70-17 (Front)
                130/70-17 (Rear)
    -Dry Weight: 153 KG.
    -Price : RM 24,000 onward.

     Enough for simple specifications. Now we go to the Pros and Cons about Kawasaki Ninja 250r. Not to forget this review is came from the owner of the bike, Nassrun, that has ridden this bike for at least two years.

PRO :
  1. Fuel Save for 250cc engine. Has bigger tank makes you less worries about long distance of ride.
  2. Good cornering. If you looking a bike for fast corner, Kawasaki Ninja 250r should be on your list. You will take corner much faster, much safe and much funner. But again to not taking it recklessly.
  3. Spare parts are stock ready. You should not worry if you looking for spare parts. Quiet expensive but the quality also the best!
  4. Has nice face lift. Every one knows Kawasaki Ninja. The face lift and design are awesome. If you ridding this in city center, you gonna get a lot and a lot of attentions.
  5. Better sound. Well, Its two cylinders bro. You know the sound is better than Honda CBR 250, SYM T2, or others single cylinder bike.
CONS
  1. The parts are so expensive. You know a cheap parts are not good. And a good parts are not cheap. SO you do the maths.
  2. This bike is quit slow when it comes to convoy or long distance. But still much faster than other 250cc bikes with single cylinders.
  3. This is the most expensive bike for 250cc. Even that, the quality are the best so you can use this for another 10 years!
