Yamaha R1M VS Kawasaki H2R

2015. In the early year, born two super powerful super bike. The Kawasaki H2R and the rival, Yamaha R1M. Both are 1000 cc of engine displacement, and both claims the best for ride and speed. But what say you? The 300 horsepower supercharged Kawasaki H2R, or the street legal Moto GP super bike? I just give you the information, but you do the maths.

Claimed to be the world to be fastest super bike, Kawasaki H2R

Alright, let's us start with Kawasaki H2R. Kawasaki H2R is a Supercharged Supersport Motorcycle thath manufactured by Kawasaki Heavy Industries> Kawasaki H2R featuring a variable speed centrifugal-type supercharger. With 300 horse power, Kawasaki H2R claimed manage to goes at least 400-420 kph, theoretically. It means more power produced than her nearest rival, Suzuki Hayabusa which is only can go around 312-321 kph.

In 2015, a new Kawasaki H2 produced, for street legal.Same with Kawasaki H2R, both motorcycle shares the same supercharge, but with lowest boost level for H2. By only has 200 kph, the price of Kawasaki H2 in Malaysia is around RM 300,000.00. Which is the most expensive superbike in this country.

The best bike for fastest cornering, the Yamaha R1M

Alright! Now let's move to Yamaha R1M. Yamaha is the Moto GP super bike that built for street legal.  New generation of R1 was announced on 3 November 2014. Yamaha claims power of over 200 horse power and numerous new electronic rider aids.

For the first time, a second higher-specification model will also be produced dedicated to the track called the R1M. The R1M will be limited in a number of 500, and it will be differentiated from the standard model by having more expensive components such as carbon fibre fairing parts, an aluminium fuel tank, magnesium sump, tappet and two side covers help keep the weight down, lighter weight wheels are also fitted.

Increased electronic package, which includes self adjusting Ohlins suspension at both ends, and built-in GPS data logging, variable race style traction control. Engine changes include shortened bore to stroke ratio, and for the first time on a registerable bike, fracture split titanium conrods are included

The left one is Yamaha R1m, and the right one is Kawasaki Ninja H2R. Yup, to me the Kawasaki Ninja H2R is way more big. And of course way more speed. But me personally, I like Yamaha R1, but not Yamaha R1M. If in this case  I will go for Kawasaki H2R.

So we know that Kawasaki Ninja H2 already in Malaysia but not Yamaha R1M, too bad, since it is limited production (500 units available only) so I guess we only can see the H2 roaming on our street. AStart checking the mudah.my. Ok guys. That's all for today. Thanks for reading. Oh, as usual here I left you a girl with Kawasaki Ninja.

Riding Tips

Well, hi there. Have been fun riding around. Well, I haven't yet since my bike is not ready ready to ride yet. But its okay. I just want to share some info just to make sure you guys doesn't do anything dangerous.
You know that while riding a super bike there is always a risk. And the risk are bigger compared if you driving a car. And I also want to tell you, whenever it comes to a super bike, there are always be safer if you travel alone. Most crashes and accidents occur during convoys. But if you still love to convoy in large group like I do, here some tips for you

  1. While riding, make sure you always have escape plan.
  2. You can reduce risk of injury by wearing safety gear.
  3. But remember, safety gear does not make you invincible
  4. Space out properly when you in group riding, especially when with those you don't know well.
  5. If you try to catch up, DON'T! Real Bikers will wait for you.
  6. Watch our for errant cars. Most drivers are BLIND and DEAF. Not to mention some of them are too stupid too.
  7. Be careful at junctions even if it is you 'Right of Way'.
  8. Reduce closing speed always.
  9. Don't ride faster than you can stop.
  10. Extra caution on trunk roads with two way traffic.
  11. Armco barriers only help cars but kill bikers. So be careful.
  12. A pothole on smooth road is more dangerous than a pothole in a bad road.
  13. Oil on the road can appear anytime.
  14. Solid impact of just 50 kph will be lethal.
  15. Be ware all times.
  16. The first to 5th year of your biking life will be most dangerous period.
  17. But that doesn't mean the rest will not dangerous if you forget the few golden rules
That's a lot to you? Maybe, but it is not. Just remember that if we GO, we change the lives of our beloved ones, forever.

REVIEW Kawasaki 150 RR : The Legendary KIPS

Hi! Hello! I come here again, with my another review. And this time I gonna review my friend's bike, the Kawasaki 150 RR KIPS. This is a bit different with others review. This is the first time I review a two stroke machine. From what I have heard, this is much faster than four stroke. A 150 cc of two stroke can be faster than 150 cc of four stroke. They even said that 150 cc of two stroke, can beat 250 cc of four stroke. This could be right. But still I wanna find to figure it out, let's do some review of this bike.

So now, what do we know about this Kawasaki KIPS? We all know that this is 150 cc of displacement and using 2 stroke engine. But not many of us knows that this bike also known as Kawasaki ZX150R.  You know like others Kawasaki ZX2R, ZX6R and ZX10R, the name of ZX150R means racing spec. In other words, it is among the fastest in its class.

Not much people know that this 2 stroke machine is using liquid cooler! Single cylinder with Kawasaki’s patented SUPER KIPS (Kawasaki Integrated Power Valve System), will ensure continuous and usable power delivery across the entire power band. For experienced rider, the Super Kips powered Ninja KRR ZX150 will not disappoint. On paper, the engine provides massive power at 29.6ps for a bike that is only 124.5kg of curb weight. That's super light, and super fast.

This is the owner for Kawasaki KIPS that I review today. His name is Mohd. Ehsan. You can call him San. He's sure playboy! Hahaha. Kidding bro! He is the member of Kinabalu Leperians and KZMC. San has been riding this machine for years and rode for thousands of mile age. So he is here to share some of his experiences about this Kawasaki KIPS 150 RR for helping me to complete this review. Thanks to him.So here we go to the Pros and COns about Kawasaki KIPS 150 RR!

PRO
  1. SPEED
You know its two stroke engine system. And you know it ts racing spec. Than you know how fast this bike can goes. Its much faster that Yamaha RXZ and Honda NSR, and can be arc rival for Yamaha TZM! This could be the good choice for 150 cc of 2 stroke bike!
  2. SUPER LIGHT
Yeah this is a small bike as you can see. Its much smaller compared to its rival, the Yamaha TZM. The curb weight is 125.4 KG, allow you to take advantage in acceleration. Also can gives you passion during taking cornering..
  3. RELIABLE
This bike has long year from it starts produced back in 1988, and you can still see this bike still riding in our town. Even the first model are still can be seen on the road. Kawasaki has been great job making a long life of motorcycle.

  4. NICE LOOK
Even this is not a super bike, but this this bike has full fairing and makes it look like a mini super bike. RIding a full fairing bike can attract a lot of attention on crowd!

CONS

  1. MAINTENANCE AS USING OLD ENGINE SYSTEM
Yes, two stroke machine is old engine system. That is not much rider using this kind of engine. The maintenance is too high. You need to refill the 2t fuel every two weeks, at least. Unless you know how to maintain this bike there will be no problem.
  2. POLLUTION
Of course Kawasaki KIPS is not really a green planet bike, again a two stroke engine causes more smoke than four stroke. Two stroke also have loud sound, especially when they go full throttle with full modification on their exhaust. So overall, this bike causes both air and sound pollution.
  3. CONSUME MUCH FUEL
Kawasaki KIPS is still using carburetor. SO it consumes more fuel than fuel injection bike. Of course the tank is not too big big if you looking for fuel saver bike, Kawasaki KIP is not one of them.

That is all about my review on this bike. Overall I can say is, this is a good bike for those who for looking a fast 2 stroke bike. But its more difficult to maintain compared to four stroke ones. If you looking for fuel saver bike, this is not your right choice.

But if you looking a bike that can defeat Yamaha RXZ, and not lose to Honda NSR, and Yamaha TZM? I suggest you this bike since this is the fastest 150 cc of two stroke bike that I ever ride.

So that's all for my review. And thanks to San for sharing his experiences with Kawasaki KIPS, and also allow me to review his bike! As a big token, here some of his photos during riding with Kawasaki KIPS 150 RR.

(The time when we riding to Benoni Village)

(And his time when he was at Lawas Bike Event)

That's all mates! Thanks for reading. Yeah before I leave you here some photo a hot girl with Kawasaki KIPS. Remember, she is NOT San's girlfriend!

P/S: San! Can you do this? Hahahaha. Thank you all of you. Have a nice day and see you next ride. Happy Sunday!
