Snake Bikers Hit Kokol HIll (Again?)

This Sunday, I ride with those Snake Bikers Sabah. and hit the Kokol Hill, again. Hahahaha. Well, it was the second time I'm coming to this place in this month. But Last time with my wife, and now with other bikers, which is more than 10+ of us, so the experiences is diffrent than before.

As usual, when we get here, we check others bike. See if any mods the did to their bike. See if their bikes are different than before. That is what we usually do whenever we meet up. The view here quite nicer than before, since the mist is clear and I can see the good vantage view.

While inside the cafe, the place is real clean, nice and have great taste of their food. I ordered Pisang Goreng and Nescafe Ice . The total pirce is RM11. But I guess it is standard price for this kind of place after all.

We spent at least 40 minutes here! Hahaha. Talking about bike. Well, mostly about bike. 90% talking about bikes. another 10% is talking about cute Korean girls we saw at he cafe. Hehehehe. We moving out at 5.30. We need to move fast since some of us going back to Kota Belud, which si 80 km from Kokol Hill. We don't want him going home late. So, maybe we ride again some other time.

See you next ride~

Sunday Ride 4: Kokol With Love

Hi, its been a while, but I'm back to ride. In this case, 'we' back to ride. Last Sunday, I bring my wife to a Sunday Ride. the time was evening, and the weather is clear. And we ride to Kokol Hill. Since my Megelli since not recover from crash, I took the liberty to ride this Ray Superbike Skyline. Hehehe.

Technically, this is our first official ride together. We took at least 30 minutes from Beverly Hills to  the submit of the Kokol Hill. And yeah, Skyline is too slow for two person. I guess the Megelli 250 also the same. So I gonna need at least 650 cc and above.

(We are here. But first, let take some selfie~)

(Anti-Social! Hehehehe)

(Other bikers can be seen here too~)

(Well, this is the only one of few places for bikers to hangout anyway...)

(And look. We found a lovely cat here. I like the fur.)

At 5.30 p.m. we heading back. But we stay a while near at the SK Kokol. The sunset is not clear, since the mist is surrounding. So, I guest just take some photos before heading back to Kota Kinabalu.

(Not sure why the possing that way)

(I like her pose)

(Darling, is this your first time going to Kokol? Hehehehe)

(Whats important is, smile after perform jackass. Hehe)

We having fun together. Most of all, this ride is sure challenging. Well, she gave me the green light to purchase 650 cc superbike. She even suggests me CBR 600. Hahaha. Well, maybe next time. Thanks for reading. See you next ride!

Sunday Ride #2 Bukit Kokol

Happy Sunday everyone. Its a lazy day for most of us. But we, as rider, event lazy day could be a riding day. This week, Sabah Superbike gather together at Bukit Kokol, Menggatal Sabah.

(This is peak of Bukit Kokol looks like)

Before we begins, here some info about Bukit Kokol. Bukit Kokol located at district called Menggatal.Menggatal Town is located at west-coast of Sabah,on outskirts of the capital, Kota Kinabalu. Its under jurisdiction of Kota Kinabalu City Hall (info from wikipedia).
To begins your journey to Bukit Kokol, you need to start from Klinik Kesihatan Ibu dan Anak Menggatal also known as KKIA Menggatal (Clinic of Mother and Child Menggatal). There are two ways to reach the peak. First from Klinik Kesihatan Ibu dan Anak Menggatal,or from Kiansom. But I never use the road from Kiansom. Some people said its too dangerous and slippery road. On 2nd of November 2014, members from Sabah Superbike gather together and have their convoy to Bukit Kokol.
(Hang out at peak)

They start from meeting at Kedai Mamak near the Inti Deras, Likas. Having their lunch and quick briefing before heading out. Those members are who din't join the Lawas Bike Week on 31 Oct and 1 November. Too bad for me, I still unable to join them event for Bukit Kokol riding. They roll out at 4pm and heading straight to Bukit Kokol to have their Sunday Ride.

(Bike gathering)

(There is atleast 10 bikes joined this convoy)

(Top of Bukit Kokol)

(Riders are having fun. That's the main purpose of having this kind of Convoy)

Good to see you make it safely. Admin of Sabah Superbike, thanks for inviting me and sorry that I could not make it today. But I will join all of you next time. And thanks for all those photo. Have a nice day
